You will find Yubaba in Koukaki on the busy Olympiou street! Two sisters, Eleni and Haris, offer quality and affordable food, wines from Greek vineyards, and a very comfortable and friendly space. At Yubaba they emphasize cuisine with good raw materials, using homemade sauces, crab from a village outside Alexandroupolis, village eggs from Amaliada and beef from a butcher with its own animal farm. Sakis Pollatos has taken it upon himself to satiate you by creating a list of classic recipes "slightly tweaked", with dishes he would make at home.
We recommend the excellent potato salad, the salad with chicken and parmesan sauce, the salmon canapés with aromatic cheese sauce, the amazing green fava beans with marinated apaki, the kabourma with country eggs and the cheese sticks with honey.
