The menu has been edited by chef Grigoris Yiannopoulos, who stood out from his participation in Masterchef. From his list, some signature dishes definitely stand out, such as the veal tartare with smoked tzalfouti and autumn truffle, the "Lollipop duck" with Florini pepper aioli and the Ribeye with smoked garlic purée and Gruyère cheese.
