The Tudor Hall restaurant in Syntagma, on the 7th floor of King George, awaits you to enjoy authentic Greek seasonal dishes with a modern touch in the heart of the city overlooking the Acropolis.
Responsible for the menu is the one-star Michelin Executive Chef Asterios Koustoudis , whose name is synonymous with quality and the ultimate taste journey, while the chef de cuisine of the restaurant is Alexandros Koskinas . A key element of the cuisine at Tudor Hall is the use of fresh seasonal vegetables and ingredients. This is also the reason why the restaurant's menu is constantly renewed, in order to be consistent with the natural products of the season. Also interesting is the rich list of Greek wines curated by the hotel's sommelier, Evangelos Psofidis.
On the Tudor Hall menu you can find traditional starters and main courses such as sea bream, Santorini salad with cherry tomatoes, barley rolls, capers and feta cheese or grilled squid. A genuine Greek menu could not miss the famous Aegean Kakavia soup of rockfish and seafood, sofrito, burdeto, juvetsada with seafood, or grouper fricassee. The epilogue of this exciting journey is curated by the award-winning Pastry Chef Arnaud Larher, who signs the dessert menus.
