At the Schedia Home restaurant in the center of Athens, they want to offer the best food in the city . And this not in terms of competition with other catering establishments, but as an expression of a desire, a goal: for the flavors on the plate to be truly enjoyable, to satisfy even the most demanding guest and gourmet. The kitchen is a living and evolving organism. New dishes are constantly being added to the menu, raising the level of flavors even more. More extroverted, more "comfort", with delicious sandwiches, wonderful tapas options, for a glass of wine or a beer. The price list was and remains affordable for everyone, despite the fact that the milk, eggs, used are organic , the all-purpose oil extra virgin olive oil, from the olive groves of the Stavros Niarchos Foundation Cultural Center. The menu has been designed with the criteria of nourishing people and awakening memories of mom's kitchen , but also to strengthen a sharing philosophy with our tapas and appetizers, proving that fresh ingredients and healthy nutrition are delicious and attractive ! And because environmental protection permeates every aspect of the venture, the food that is not sold is made available to the magazine's vendors, while the olive oil they use in the kitchen is collected in a special bin and goes to the Green Oil company. Of course, empty packaging is recycled. The goal is to become a model company, with as small an environmental footprint as possible.
