The Porto Valitsa Restaurant "Sea of Tastes" is a vision, a passion and an endless creation of its owners. With respect to tradition offers high quality delicacies of every kind and from every corner of the Mediterranean, giving the visitor a complete tasting experience.

The menu at "Sea of Tastes" follows a complex pattern, (it has a completely different menu for lunch and dinner - something no other business in Northern Greece has attempted), so that old and new visitors will find something new and original in a variety of different options. “Sea of Tastes” focuses on traditional Greek cuisine through the aspect of high gastronomy and the use of traditional techniques such as the use of wood oven and cast iron pots.

Our Executive Chef, nominated with a Michelin star, recommends battered seafood with garlic foam, steamed pies with smoked fish and a cream of potatoes “yahni”, sea - bream confit with fresh beans, and of course the best closure of a meal is for dessert the pineapple ravioli with white chocolate and a semifreddo of spices.
The variety and original combinations are not limited to these dishes, though, the meat dishes and the fresh salads will equally satisfy the most demanding visitor of the “Sea of Tastes”.
