Going through its fifth year of operation, it maintains its creative style by correctly and deliciously approaching all aspects from the salt culture. The dishes offer true seafood cuisine, with suggestions such as the Cycladic kakavia velouté and starters such as the fluffy taramo salad, smoked eel with rovitsa and marathoriza salad and an interesting range of raw. The tuna tartare on papadum and the lacy yeast carpaccio with green apple pickle, quinoa popcorn and jalapeño mayonnaise stand out, while the pappardelle with eel carbonara and the giuvetti with the fish of the day will fill you up. In the large fish tank you will of course find all kinds of fish that come daily from the Greek seas. Pair them with one of around forty wine labels from the world vineyard.
