With European cuisine as a mainstay of its menu, Salve is a neat restaurant that recently opened in the heart of Voula. With a rich wine cellar, elegant aesthetics but also a "warm" atmosphere at the same time, due to the wood that dominates the space, it promises to give you a special going out experience. It presents premium dishes with the signature of chef Nicoleta Taboularis , whom we met through Master Chef , while offering the ideal pairing of food and wine, made by a specialized sommelier. In the menu, among others, you will find the promising dish Surf & Turf , consisting of lobster, black angus dry aged , its "little brother", the Surf & Turf burger , with black angus dry aged, gambar, potato straw , guacamole and chilli sauce .
