Sally's Pasta Bar in the center of Koropi is a happy combination of trattoria and fusion street food. The food is served in cardboard ecological bowls, which you take in your hands to enjoy the food even on a terrace or at home. The menu is something between Italian, Asian and ethnic street food, such as rolls with crispy handmade dough and stuffed pepperoni and smoked provola, baos with crispy pancetta, sauteed onion and mustard sauce or even crispy chicken parmezan, with chicken, parmesan and sriracha sauce.
