The Prosopa restaurant in Gazi started its operation more than 20 years ago, offering Mediterranean - International cuisine . It is located next to the train tracks in the Benaki Museum , in a modern space, designed by studio 360. The two buildings were joined, maintaining the industrial aesthetics and the warmth of the wood, which blends harmoniously with the shades of gray and white.
Every season you can try new, seasonal tasting suggestions. Yiannis Goumas and his team offer a culinary experience in a unique space with an industrial aesthetic. The cuisine, influenced by culinary traditions from all over the world, has as its starting point and non-negotiable rule the use of fresh, quality raw materials, in collaboration with small producers from every corner of Greece (olive oil from Crete, buffalo meat from Kerkini and graviera from Naxos). .The dishes vary, from fish and meat to pasta, while the bar offers popular cocktails and a careful list of fine wines with suggestions and by the glass.

There is a 2-hour seating limitation for reservations every Friday and Saturday.
