The Prosopa restaurant in Gazi started its operation more than 20 years ago, offering Mediterranean - International cuisine . It is located next to the train tracks in the Benaki Museum, in a new, modern space, designed by studio 360. The two buildings were joined, keeping the industrial aesthetic and the warmth of the wood, which blends harmoniously with the shades of gray and white.
