Otium Concept opened in September 2022 in Argyroupoli , aspiring to give a base to Mediterranean flavors and modern Greek cuisine and to become your haunt in the southern suburbs! The restaurant's menu has been edited by the award-winning chef Sotiris Filippou with many years of experience in the field of gastronomy and is implemented daily in the restaurant's kitchen by the executive chef Konstantinos Georgiou, with experience in kitchens in Greece and abroad.
The restaurant's menu, as Kostantinos Manelas (owner) explains, is influenced both by Mediterranean cuisine and by various others around the world, but the core of the restaurant is Greek creative cuisine. They source daily fresh Greek products and support local producers, as this represents their own philosophy. If we had to single out some dishes from the menu, they would be the carpaccio mylokopi from the starters, but also the main course of mylokopi with tomato rice, Grevena peturas with veal ragout as well as the risotto with veal cheeks.
