At Napolitivo you will enjoy the authentic Pizza Napoletana! Certified by the Associazione Verace Pizza Napoletana (AVPN), this special pizza is baked in a wood-fired oven made in Naples with bricks by Vesuvius. The secret that makes it special is in its light dough, which is made daily by its pizzaiolos and matures 12-14 hours before baking! The pizzaiolos of Napolitivo were trained in Naples by renowned maestros, who shared with them all the secrets for the perfect pizza that awakens the senses. TIP: You should definitely try the traditional Margherita, but also the most "wanted" ones, such as Tartufata or Diavola con Uovo.
