The compositions of dishes by the chef of restaurant recommend a refined, modern and at the same time unpretentious Greek cuisine inspired primarily by the gastronomic culture of the Cyclades.Our gastronomic proposals that include organic fava among others our own production source, Schinousa, wild herbs from the island that vary the season, fresh fish from our islands and fine free-range meats from small farms.
Enjoy tasty recipes with fish or meat highlighting local products with designation of origin from the islands of the Aegean, but also from other corners of our country, attempting a modern fusion of flavours with respect for tradition.
