The new restaurant Kitschen in the port of Piraeus came to bring you the Japanese food philosophy combined with its pop aesthetic. Its wonderful menu combines flavors from many different Asian regions. In the kitchen you will see the Greek-Indonesian chef Dimitris Liem cooking in public view, while Spyros Minetos will fascinate you with his wonderful cocktails, such as Miyagi's Touch and Kobra Kai. At Kitschen you will try flavors such as fried sushi rice with some refreshing tuna tartare, thin and almost transparent slices of white fish, salmon nigiri with a variation of Indonesian sambal, beetroot or pork or shrimp dumplings, cauliflower tempura with garlic mayo, crispy and tender fried chicken with creamy avocado sauce, Charsiu Don with grilled pork, hot Korean dressing, kimchi, and steamed rice, finally for dessert sticky mochi with ice cream.
