The Huracán , with almonds and bougainvillea, bamboo and stone, which sprang from the creative inspiration of Interior designer Giorgos Panteloukas and takes us on a journey to the spring of Japan and Peru. From the first moment the Huracán, with its theatrical lighting, introduces us to the magic and secrets of Nikkei cuisine (a combination of Peruvian and Japanese cuisine created in the 19th century by Japanese immigrants to Peru) with a sophisticated culinary aura. A restaurant named after a Mayan God who protected winds and hurricanes, drags you into its culinary maelstrom.
