The wine lists and signature cocktails are also of great interest.
Try the wonderful Cobb salad, with crispy chicken and the Okonomiyaki pancakes, with bacon, cheddar, fried egg and okonomi sauce, a traditional Japanese sauce. The unsurpassed Sweet Pork Belly, pork pancetta slow-cooked for 12 hours with sweet roast sauce, Parmesan mashed potatoes and black truffle is also recommended
