The new Geco Restaurant brings high-speed culinary expectations to the heart of Athens. It is a restaurant that you can visit for a comfort all day menu with high creative turns and a fun party atmosphere.
On its menu you will find from a bar food menu, to afternoon aperitifs and of course many late night drinks. Bruschettas are separate options in the form of a bar with fresh tarama and roe, or the tuna kebab that we make ourselves by wrapping it in Rhodes oil pie, but also signature dishes such as crab lollipop, beetroot carpaccio and lemon oregano chicken. At the same time, "Geco" will present its own definition of brunch every weekend, through dishes such as eggs with grilled greens, or scrambled n' kale.
The dishes are prepared by the executive chef of the Gatsby hotel with the signatures of Nikos Roussos and Georgianna Chiliadakis . The duo of the legendary "Funky Gourmet" (2 Golden Caps and 2* Michelin) will collaborate with the hotel's executive chef, and multi-awarded superyacht chef, Panagiotis Flakas to offer you high standard meals.
