Gastone is a modern Athenian food and drink hangout for those who love casual dining . In defiance of the times, Kleomenis Zournatzis designed a hearth that draws inspiration from American diners and Greek butcher's taverns, and that welcomes the world without strict codes
Quality raw materials, love for local products , technical perfection, detailed preparation of the final product and authentic, deep deliciousness make up the culinary identity of the lucky duck.
Crispy spit-roasted piglet, cuts from indigenous Greek tribes, beef rail on the rind, zygouri krasato on the rind, smoked aubergine, ossobuko stew, dolmades with tahini, artisan cheeses and charcuterie, are some of the authentic delights on the menu, inspired by global modern street gastronomy with strong influences of Greek cuisine.
At the same time, a long list of excellent wine options, as well as a series of classic cocktails perfectly structured by the hands of experienced bartenders complete the image of a restaurant that travels to the early 90s, where the food highlighted the atmosphere of the time and not the opposite.
There is a 2-hour seating limitation for reservations.
