ExMachina is a bistro with references to the Greek tavern. The purpose of the restaurant is to have a shared experience with mid-course dishes cooked to order.
In the kitchen, the Greek raw material plays a leading role, which comes from small Greek producers and is surrounded by ingredients that chef Adam Kontovas has loved, both through his culinary experience and his travels. His love for fish and unexpected combinations stand out on the menu, while the dishes are ideally combined with selections from a constantly updated wine list from Greece and around the world. Ex Machina's philosophy is rounded off with zero waste and the idea that sharing your food means you care.
