The Elephant, which reopened its doors in Kantza , is the work of bartenders Christos Kouris, Tasos Sundias, Giannis Alexopoulos and Costas Anagnostopoulos, owner of Dodos in Agia Paraskevi and Vokali in Holargos (which you probably remember from as the "mercenary" of Survivor). It is an abstractly tropical space of modern aesthetics, ideal for coffee, food and drink. The relaxing pale shades in the space, the palm trees that spread on the walls, the handmade orange lamps and the small touches of decorative elephants compose this new all-day shop, which in every separate corner is dominated by the feeling of the savannah . In the Elephant menu you will find suggestions for brunch , burgers, fajitas, bao buns, risotto, hot-dog salmon, flatbread with ground beef, ribeye, while, of course, vegan options could not be missing.
