Dumb Waiter

The new all-day hangout of Ano Glyfada, Dumb Waiter , was created around a beautiful myth with a central hero, an intellectual Brazilian educator, lover of art and cuisine, and an English teenager who was his protégé and continued his work. A story drawn up by Maria Karahalia and George Sotiropoulos, owners of the shop, to structure a menu that has Brazilian influences and start a taste journey that will make a difference and intrigue their guests. The menu of Dumb Waiter has been created by the multi-talented and subversive Stamatis Tsilias , known from Workshop by Aliento and beyond. The menu options are many and extremely inspiring. At Dumb Waiter they have strongly supported breakfast with various dishes that have now been identified in our consciousness as representative of the Greek tithe. Thus, one can find eggs in various forms, such as omelettes or shaksuka eggs, and enjoy a tostada or a croquet madame , in their most satisfying version. All three sandwiches with ciabatta bread are extremely rich and tasty, one with pork shoulder, the other with salmon and the third in a vegan version with sauteed vegetables, grilled mushrooms and vegetable cheese. Of course, there are also pancakes in various flavors such as with chocofretta cream or with white chocolate and strawberry sauce as well as homemade brownie served with milkshake.
