Information
Cinq Sens is a French neo-bistro that will enchant you with its aesthetics and refinement. Chef Pantelis Minionis , with experience in gastronomic restaurants in the French capital that are decorated with Michelin stars, presents Cinq Sens with a menu that follows seasonality, respects the quality of the raw material and changes at least three times a year.
On the fall menu, you'll discover everything from Coq au Vin Ravioli and Pâté de Campagne to Veal Bourguignon and Black Angus Rib Eye with Pepper Sauce. Among the seafood options, the octopus with Lefkada salami and orange and the Bouillabaisse stand out with its dense flavor and texture.
It is worth trying the Degustation Menu to discover the chef's signatures and enjoy the authenticity of the raw ingredients. The bread and butter are handmade while the raw materials such as olive oil and fish come from Chios. The wine list, which is constantly being enriched, includes monovarietal labels from Greek and French vineyards that complete the experience and invite you to discover why French cuisine remains on the throne of gastronomy.
Visit the Cinq Sens restaurant in a minimal atmosphere, with the warm cypress subtly dominating, the noble texture of the marble and the warmth of the wood complementing the space in a unique way and enjoy the French recipes executed through its large glass window kitchen like a play.
