Casta Diva is the new long-awaited culinary arrival of Kolonaki , which came and gave life back to the legendary Prytaneio and the popular pedestrian street of Milioni.
The restaurant has a Syrian aura and the business stamp of the brothers Fournistakis and Liea Yiannis of "Allos Gyalos" of Syros.
It spreads over three levels, decorated with impressive chandeliers and mirrors, while elements such as wood and stone meet harmoniously and create a nice atmosphere.
When it comes to the menu, Casta Diva offers a plethora of high-end culinary experiences. Chef Akis Sultanis shares another view of the Aegean, combining the ingredients of Syros with an Asian twist. Signature dishes such as seared sashimi served on top of Greek blue crab with caviar and a handmade kosho sauce, roasted broccoli with a tahini and almond dressing, taramo salad with roe and smoked herring crumble and handmade spaghetti with rofu, offer a fusion of Greek and Cycladic flavors. The menu also devotes a special chapter to robata with dishes such as the shrimp souvlaki, the fish of the day souvlaki and the specially cut squid.
The gastronomic approach of Casta Diva is complemented by the wine selections of Kostantinos Siganakis, which take the visitor on a journey through the Greek and international vineyard, while the cocktails are prepared by the mixologist Zachos Eleftheriou.
