All Senses Gastronomy is what its name says, the first restaurant in Greece that engages all the senses and aims to offer a unique experience of taste testing and enjoyment. The experience is shared by up to 12 people who are invited to use all their senses to enjoy the unique dishes curated by the ASG team.
The space is unique as everyone sits at a large table around and on top of which there are audio-visual projections created by the director Thodoris Papadoulakis and the architectural team anastasis SOTOVIKIS + B , of Anastasis Sotovikis and Konstantina Batziou who originally created the culinary idea.
Special views, sounds, smells, tastes, everything works as a culinary stimulus to reach its peak of gustatory pleasure.
