The awarded Abovo Restaurant has opened its doors a couple of week ago in Kolonaki area. The head chef Mihalis Nourloglou has created a beautiful space in Tsakalof street, ideal either for a light lunchbreak or an haute cuisine dinner. Abovo Restaurant will open every day at noon until 17:00 with a light menu of pasta, sandwiches, fresh salads etc.Later the kitchen would close in order to get well prepared for the evening guests.
The menu consists of the well known and beloved Abovo dishes, designed by the awarded Mihalis Nourloglou, always based on the high quality and seasonality of ingredients to create the best results. Except for the standard menu, the restaurant will offer a suprise degustation menu,named "Put the blame on me", where the chef will compose different dishes from the existing menu. The degustation menu will be different each time depending on the availability of ingredients. As the Chef claims its mission is to create tastefull food in a cozy environment, far from the typical restaurant stereotypes.
