Information

WeSud arrived dynamically in Voula and has already become a meeting point of the Southern suburbs since it offers healthy options for breakfast, specialty coffee, high-end sweets, products from the Mediterranean and over 750 wine labels. The name means 'we in the South' but also sounds a bit like 'we should', so this is a hangout that one should come according to the owners Giorgos Papageorgiou (21 Constructions) and Filippos Leandros. The first thing that catches your eye upon entering WeSud is the illuminated wine cellar with elegant bottles of wine. Don't try to count them, there are over a thousand tags. Then, your attention will be drawn to the showcases with the fine sweets. Hold your appetite, though, because now is the time to indulge in the comfort of an impeccable menu.Brunch is served weekdays from 09.00 to 15.00. Everything at WeSud, from the sweet options, the fantastic French croissants, the fresh cakes and the healthy bars are made here from start to finish, always with the best raw materials. From 14:00 until the end of the day you will discover other delicacies. Cool salads, especially appetizers like tempura cauliflower with fresh truffle, tuna carpaccio with hoisin sauce, spring onion and hazelnuts, pizzas with Neapolitan dough, and main courses that will have you coming back again and again. For example, we mention the Rib Eye Prime cut from American black angus, but also the spaghetti Colatura di Alici, a traditional dish from Positano, Italy. After all, WeSud was created precisely for this reason, to cheer you up through flavors that you want to take with you to live as much as you can of the experience they offer. If, now, you want to explore the magical world of wine, WeSud is definitely the right place to do it. On the shelves of its highly updated cellar are wines from private collections or bought at auctions, which means that here you have the opportunity to taste wines that cannot be found anywhere else. The place itself impresses you with its character, where the restaurant is combined with the wine cellar and the pastry shop. The suggestions for gifts and of course all the delicious creations that appear in the window are combined in an atmosphere reminiscent of those of foreign neighborhoods.
