This year, the island's first gastro-tavern, Madame Sousou , entered the culinary scene and came to write its own history. The idea is simple and original. Teased Greek mezes, with selected wine labels, beers from small producers and spirits. Simple and delicious.And all of this is served at a unique point in Pyrgos , one of the highest points of Santorini, with a 180 degree view, starting from Firostefani and reaching Monolithos.
