Aggelos Landos, has be the executive chef for several of years, always creating exquisite dishes,depending on the seasonality of ingredients. Spondi restaurant combines contemporary and classic culinary techniques according to the excellence of high gastronomy. It has also one of the most renowned wine cellar in town containing more that 1300 wine labels, selected by expert sommeliers. .
