Sin Burger Bar first opened its doors in the distant 2013 in Paleo Faliro, when the city had not yet been introduced to creative combinations, handmade sauces, premium ingredients, texture games and recipe experimentation. Its owner, Yannis Marcelos, having experienced the perfect burger on his travels, keenly detected this unpleasant absence from the Athenian restaurant scene. Inspired by the burger bars of England, which specialize in good burgers while at the same time ensuring that there is a cocktail list for the perfect food pairings, he "took it upon himself" and introduced Sin Burger Bar to the public of the area and to a crowd of people who to this day he renounces his neighborhood to visit it.
