Sin Burger Bar first opened its doors in the distant 2013 in Paleo Faliro, when the city had not yet been introduced to creative combinations, handmade sauces, premium ingredients, texture games and recipe experimentation. Its owner, Yannis Marcelos, having experienced the perfect burger on his travels, keenly detected this unpleasant absence from the Athenian restaurant scene. Inspired by the burger bars of England, which specialize in good burgers while at the same time ensuring that there is a cocktail list for the perfect food pairings, he "took it upon himself" and introduced Sin Burger Bar to the public of the area and to a crowd of people who to this day he renounces his neighborhood to visit it. Here the burger is hell and holy, with a menu that is divided into 3 sections – Classic, Special and Premium – each with its own characteristics and its own philosophy. For example, in the classics, you will find the American , with a burger made of 100% ground beef, cheddar, caramelized onions, bacon, egg, iceberg, tomato, onion and SIN sauce (which triumphs in its simplicity and highlights each ingredient separately), in Special you will discover proposals such as the Mexican Burger, which hosts in its fluffy buns the explosive flavors of the Mexicans, such as guacamole and jalapenos, while at Premium you will taste black truffle mayonnaise, parmesan biscuits, mushroom duxelle and other unique goodies. The Fush Burger is also original, consisting of cod fillet in a crispy crust, tartar sauce, tomato, iceberg and onion.
