This is achieved with the abundance of options on the menu even for vegans , serving excellent sushi with fresh fish such as the Shinobi with salmon, crab and shrimp that perfectly highlight the raw material, while the starters feature the tuna tartare with the light avocado mousse and the crispy tapioca chips. The baton is taken by the main dishes with tempting additions to meat and fish , Picanha Angus made from Black Angus beef, carrot cream with ginger enhanced with bacon enoki and handmade teriyaki sauce. Finally, for a sweet conclusion, a refreshing Yuzu Lime is recommended, an alternating lime pie with lemon cream and vanilla sable, Italian meringue with matcha accompanied by yuzu-lemon sorbet. The cocktail list takes a trip to Japanese culture with elements of Asian influence in both name and taste. The Hanako or flower girl inspired by the pink cherry blossom that dominates the restaurant's inner courtyard has notes of flowers and yuzu, while the pink grapefruit foam harmoniously ties all the flavors together. In combination with the impressive hall that exudes fashionable Japaneseness, with a strong element of the dark wood that highlights the bar with the beautiful aquarium, while the atmosphere combines with lounge music, first rhythms and enjoyable events with live evenings by guest DJs and artists .
