Pirouni restaurant

With over 20 years of experience in catering on our shoulders, we decided to create and establish "Pirouni" restaurant, in Firostefani, Santorini. On a easy to find, central spot, right on the cliff of Santorini, -the famous caldera of the island- overlooking the volcano, Thirasia island, just across the water and a most impressive sunset. Emphasizing on authentic Mediterranean cuisine, we created exceptional dishes based on traditional Greek recipes. We use local produce, which in most cases, would be a unique vegetable variety that grows only on this island and in every case, has a strong... amazing flavour. One would think, that it''s hard to go wrong with such quality ingredients to start with and that''s absolutely true. We are not just sure that you will enjoy every bite served.
