The new restaurant Parasties is located in the center of Glyfada, in a beautiful environment with minimal decoration and aesthetics. However, tastes and flavors are firmly oriented towards Crete and there is an open kitchen so you can watch the whole cooking process from the beginning. All foods are prepared in the "parastia", which has been the traditional way of cooking in Crete for many years. According to this method of cooking, the vessel rests on a "construction" of stones between which the wood was inserted and the fire was set. The menu with a variety of options can cover your tastes whether you are a fan of Cretan cuisine or not. From Cretan cheeses, dako and sfughata, to gamopilafo, skiufichtas with cheeks and dolmadaki risotto, Parasties aspires to become your new hangout for Cretan tastes and flavors in Athens.
