Lime Bistro is a creative cuisine restaurant.
Our philosophy is an ode of respect to the environment, animals and human beings (humans/people)!
For the creation of our space we used second hand furniture and used/recycled objects.
A comfortable, warm and welcoming place for all budgets.
A strictly vegetarian restaurant (vegan), emphasizing on healthy macrobiotic – alkaline diet, ecological lifestyle and love for animals (all living creatures).
In our bistro we serve fast and healthy dishes, prepared with love without any/ (with no) /animal derivatives, conservatives, coloring substances, or processed (industrially manufactured) foods - white refined sugar and gluten free!
To prepare our dishes we use sophisticated equipment, such as sous – vide (slow cooking in vacuum) to prevent the loss of nutrients, cold pressed slow juicer for our juices , dehumidification devices used up to 47 degrees Celsius, yogurt machines to make yogurt using milk from nuts, sprouts makers, to prepare fresh sprouts every day/ daily.
On our menu you will find several raw food options and a variety of vegan cheese, exclusively prepared by us daily which are also available for sale on demand.
