The Iones restaurant in the area of Varybombi has been operating since 1972.
It serves Italian cuisine and is famous for its pizza made from fresh dough that is prepared daily and baked in the wood-fired oven with olive wood.
The new menu comes renewed with many suggestions. Of the pizzas, be sure to try Pizza Iones Traditional (red Iones sauce, edam, mozzarella, ham, bacon, salami, suzuki, fresh mushrooms, pepper), Tartufata Pizza (truffle paste, cream, fresh mushrooms, mozzarella, edamame, truffle oil), Pizza Italiano (fresh mozzarella, fresh mushrooms, parmesan flakes, balsamic sauce, olive oil).
In addition, the restaurant is famous for the Iones Salad (green salad, arugula, prosciutto, avocado, cherry tomatoes, raisins, soft cheese, sesame, figs, vinaigrette sauce, musklemon, parmesan, crouton) but also for its fresh pasta, such as Ravioli tartufo stuffed with king mushrooms and truffle sauce, cream and parmesan.
