All-fresh Aegean well-cooked fish, octopus and mastello from Chios breaded with breadcrumbs and corn flakes with sesame honey and ouzo along with a rich list of Greek wines, rare varieties of ouzo, tsipouro and Cretan raki to accompany your meze as you would on your vacation! In Imerovigli, they follow the traditional island ways of drying, roasting and serving mackerel, which turn it from a humble fish into a delicious ouzo meze with a strange name!
