Playing creatively with the word "feeding", multi-awarded chef Alexandros Tsiotinis , created CTC Urban Gastronomy , being his first business venture. CTC is a degustation restaurant with a European "air" and distinctive food, where its inspiration is Greek creative cuisine. It follows the philosophy of blind tasting, offering an 11-stage blind tasting menu, provoking the guest's curiosity to experience a magical journey of haute cuisine. CTC is located in a new location in Kerameikos , with a separate minimal space and of course a wonderful green garden, making it ideal for a business or romantic meal as well as organizing events. - For reservations at 19:30, seating is valid until 22:00.
- CTC offers a CTC voyage menu, blind tasting of 11 stages for €95/person. It is not possible to choose an a la carte menu.
- If there are dietary requirements or allergies, you can mention it in the reservation comments, 48 hours before the reservation.
- The restaurant takes reservations only indoors during the winter months.
