Playing creatively with the word "feeding", multi-awarded chef Alexandros Tsiotinis , created CTC Urban Gastronomy , being his first business venture. CTC is a degustation restaurant with a European "air" and distinctive food, where its inspiration is Greek creative cuisine. It follows the philosophy of blind tasting, offering an 11-stage blind tasting menu, provoking the guest's curiosity to experience a magical journey of haute cuisine.
