Venetian and the philosophy of the menu: from the bàcari-plates with side dishes that are eaten by hand, such as selected varieties of Villani cold cuts and Italian cheeses, but also the delicious cicchetti: salmon or octopus carpaccio, meat or fish bruschetta, risotto croquettes with beetroot, truffle or saffron known as suppli or arancini to the original Pinsa Romana in 3 different flavors.
