Bond Café Bar Restaurant is a new and ambitious all day project that aims to change the data so far in the southern suburbs . It is the qualitative embodiment of an entire philosophy and a new "bond", that of nature and man , with the ultimate goal of a new way of life, with respect for ourselves and the environment in which we live. It is the only store in all of Attica that fully adopts the culture of upcycling , a trend quite widespread abroad. Chef Antonis Halaris and his team edit the menu using products from different parts of Greece and making sure to create balanced meals , inspired by both Greek gastronomy and the cuisines of the world . Bond is a good choice for all hours of the day, from a full brunch and detox juices to a gourmet dinner with wine or cocktail pairing .
