Black Rock Restaurant serves Greek Post - Modern Cuisine that combines exquisite flavors with an exceptional level of technique. Fresh local ingredients & refreshing combinations are the base of our Greek postmodern cuisine, with details from around the world and simple-chic touches that will lead you to a memorable gastronomic experience. The menu is inspired by our Awarded Head Chef Iosif Manouseli. Our guests may choose between a la carte menu or degustation menu.
The space
The minimalistic design of the restaurant is combined with the natural seductive backdrop of the volcano dipped in the Aegean blue waters. Black Rock creates memorable moments with its beautiful meals, engagingly delivered in an exquisite environment.
