The cuisine represented by Balthazar is Mediterranean fusion led by the well-known chef Christoforos Peskia, who has created a highly creative menu.
The menu of the restaurant consists of many creative dishes such as various salads with alternative combinations such as broad beans, smoked almonds and Thai lemon, but also special dishes such as marinated fagri with lemongrass and basil. of course, the now famous meatballs with fries and yogurt dip are not missing from the menu.
