Holargos, now has its first wine bar named Floyd, near the town hall. The environment combines modern and classical elements, creating a calm atmosphere. The wine list has about 50 labels mostly from the Greek vineyard, 12 of which are served by the glass and a menu of international cuisine - from spring rolls to burger or chicken tandoori. The wine list changes every three months. Floyd wine bar has suggestions for everyone and even a good label is offered at a low cost. Concerning the menu that accompanies wines...the salmon tartare and the tenderloin stuffed with cheese and sundried tomato stand out. There are also plateaux of cheese and sausages that highlight flavors and aromas of wines. For the rest of the day the wine bar offers burgers, various choices of finger food and salads. Floyd with its modern and lounge area in the heart of Holargos, is ideal for relaxing moments from your morning coffee to evening with, good wine, food and blues rhythms, jazz, swing and rock.
