The Archontikon restaurant , located on the main street of Arachova, before the bridge and overlooking the clock of the city. The menu has been designed with a focus on traditional Greek cuisine and using local materials and products of Arachova. Do not forget to try the fried cheese with fresh tomato sauce, semi-hard cheese and sesame , the baked feta cheese, the local sausage and grilled vegetables with traditional formaella cheese. For the spit roast lovers we would recommend kontosouvli from local meat .
